Price Applicable HST will be added. Further increases in taxes will be charged. Prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in fuel prices and government taxes.
Product Quality & Product Usage Toronto Redi-Mix accepts no liability for the recommended mixes. It is the client’s responsibility to consult the Ontario Building Code (OBC) for information on the product. All concrete is prepared according to the specifications published by the CSA A.23.1-09. Any alteration made to the concrete at the site upon the client’s request, by the client and/or client’s representative (ie. addition of water), will annul the manufacturer’s guarantee of strength. Toronto Redi-Mix accepts no liability for damage to the product due to client’s misuse or neglect towards the product. The client must assume all responsibility for ensuring that the appropriate methods are used to protect the quality of the concrete, as per CSA.
Delivery – Accessibility The client must assume the cost of creating safe access to the site, must guide the concrete truck operator from public access, and must oversee the unloading. Any damage to public or private property resulting from delivery beyond the curb line remains entirely the client’s responsibility. The customer accepts full responsibility for the removal and cleanup of any dirt, soil, concrete, etc. tracked onto streets or third party property resulting from the delivery.
Delivery – Regular Hours, Delays and Cancellations Regular delivery hours are 7:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries outside of this time period may not be available or will be charged at higher rates. Toronto Redi-Mix accepts no liability for delivery delays or cancellations. The client will be notified of any substantial changes to the expected delivery times.
