Management has the responsibility for preventing occupational accidents, injuries and illness. This responsibility extends through all levels of management.

All employees have a personal responsibility to work safely, wear the appropriate personal protective equipment as required, report accidents immediately, and to contribute to the achievement of a high level of performance in production and safety.

Management and supervision are responsible for ensuring that safe and healthy working practices and procedures are established, and that employees receive the orientation, training and retraining required to enable them to safely perform the work they are assigned.

G&L Group is committed to building and preserving a safe working environment for its employees and does not condone and will not tolerate acts of violence, discrimination or harassment against or by any G&L Group of Companies employees.
